Registration deadlines are set in place to help confirm attendance, make sure kits arrive on time and allow the vendor time to properly staff and prepare for your event.
In order to guarantee the best experience possible, it is important that our vendors know ahead of time how many people are planning to attend. Just as you would confirm attendance to an in-person event, we like to extend this same courtesy for virtual events!
Each registration date is set by the vendor to give them ample time to plan for the event, make sure it is properly staffed and prepare any necessary logistics or pre-event needs before hand for the number of guests registered. Once the registration deadline is passed, the guest list goes to the vendor and they pay their staff and prepare for the event. Your event payment is based on the number of guests who register for the event so please tell your guests to only register if they plan on attending.
Don’t worry, additional guests can still register for an event even after the registration deadline using the registration link provided. Any guests who register after the deadline will have to be approved by the vendor and may be subject to additional fees.
