Once the vendor ships your kit you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Use the tracking number provided to diligently track your kit to help ensure it arrives to you on time. If you fail to see any movement with your kit or it looks like it will be delayed please reach out to the courier directly in order to investigate the issue.
If your kit has been marked as delivered but you do not see your package please check the perimeter of your property, mailbox, garage, with your property manager (if applicable), family members and neighbors prior to reaching out. If it looks like your package has been lost please file a claim with the courier and contact Offsyte at support@offsyte.co.
